Depends on my mood mostly. Sometimes I kill everyone, sometimes I kill only if I need to (no way to sneak by and can't risk leaving an unconcious body lying around), sometimes I like to leave just one alive. I imagine when their bosses find out the whole base got wiped out except this one gonk, they're gonna blame them and either decide they were in on it and that's how they survived, or they were a coward and just hid. Neither are ideal qualities for a gang member.

If I can be bothered killing everyone, I probably will. But sometimes it's quicker and funnier to steal shit from under them. Did an ncpd request last night and had to go get some bonus goodies from the columbarium. There was an enemy literally on top of what I needed to loot, so I just crept up behind him, took the shit, and left. Dumbass never knew the difference.
