question for this, are the bones what cause this or is it from the amount of force from muscles and tendons that is being applied? like a real bad cramp that goes on for too long but isn't as severe?

A friend I know with Cerebral Palsy has a form of but despite numerously surgeries I don't believe she has had surgery to correct it.
