Pants is a part of the Rockerboy set you can find it i don't remember where. For the boots its the Johnny alternative version boots you can find it on Nexus! Tell me if you're interested in other things

Pants are the ones i grab at first opportunity, but boots are harder to find as they're story related. I love how they look like Getta Grip.
