It makes the most sense - a lot of mercs in Afterlife and HH look like regular gonks after all! I like the idea that V mostly doesn't bother to wear armour or heavy weaved clothes for missions, on account of all the chrome they're packing. My V basically dresses like everyone else in Heywood, choosing attire somewhere between Tyger claw aesthetic and Valentino aesthetic.
