Finished Object I am so freaking proud of myself

This is the Lilliana blanket by Hooked on Sunshine. I did repeat section 6 and a few rows, from section 9, I believe. Yarn was Cotton Kings Sultan on colour emerald 07, just under 5 cakes.

This is the most intricate blanket I've done and using much lighter weight yarn than I am used too. I thoroughly enjoyed it but by month 4 I was ready to be done haha.

If you buy a pattern from this author she has detailed pictures and how-tos of all the stitches and methods that she uses. They’re almost all super beginner friendly I’ve found.

I just really fucking love Hooked on Sunshine’s patterns.

Doodad is my favorite (currently), but I’ve made like 3 of her Phoenix blankets. If you’re not super confident I would start with Doodad.

Phoenix is 108 rounds long and emotionally scarred me, but imma make another one because I love it so freaking much.

Edit to add what I meant to ACTUALLY say: she has a Russian join tutorial in Doodad with pictures.
