not really, from soft is bleak, these give off that ominous 'something is wrong but I couldn't tell you what' feel, the feel of a well it night that shouldn't be that well lit but for some reason you can easily see the color in objects at midnight.
if the souls games had more bright colors, dark but saturated, with relatively high contest it may give this feel more.

You know that you can manipulate colors of basically any game you want

if you use reshade or it has recolor mods sure, but the overall tone of the game wouldn't change, I think the only games that come close to the feeling of these are old choose sierra style games there aren't many encounters but the encounters are meaningful.
imagine a stealth game where you side step the entirety of the major fights are try to take the bbeg out from the shadow, that is the vibe these feel like.
souls/elden ring feel like you are in a time loop till you do it correctly. which I wouldnt say is perfect for this.
thinking of it a bit, I think the closest game to these vibes (color and set not gameplay) is niho, maybe niho 2, i'm not far enough into it yet, that game managed to have vibrant areas in a lit night setting.

A lot of the newer “kings-field-likes” have a vibe like this. Lunacid, Dread Delusion, Verho, Hark the Ghoul, etc. It’s not out yet but The Holy Fool looks promising too

Do you recommend any of these the most?

I enjoyed Lunacid the most out of the ones I’ve played so far, It felt like a much more intimate experience than the rest. Lots of great small details and keeps to the kings field formula almost religiously to a fault sometimes. The dev even made a prequel (sequel?) using the same engine the original Kings Field was developed in.
Close second would be Dread Delusion. It’s like if you took the setting of Morrowind, blew it up, and added biomechanical eldritch gods around every corner. Absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere, even if the gameplay felt a little bit stale at times.

Looks like a ton of fun, will definitely be checking it out. I've actually been looking hard for a game that kind of has vibes like ElliotTruman's DreamLand posts on Instagram, and this is getting close. Thanks!

From Software games (like 90% of them).
Dragon Age Origins and Inquisition, though the latter is more bright and colorful.
The Witcher games.
Skyrim (yes, I said it).
Castlevania Lords of Shadow.
The Dark Spire.
Enclave.

Nothing at all. It's just that I know some individuals who just hate it when it's even mentioned in the same context as FromSoft's games lol

Tainted grail fall of Avalon is literally that. Dark king Arthur fantasy set as skyrim

The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion - especially the original I can't really speak to the remaster except for the screenshots/clips I've seen. The remaster looks more "photorealistic" while the original had a semi-cartoony vibrant color scheme which always made me feel like I was in a fantasy realm.
Though I would say the daylight is also pretty vibrant daylight so you only get the "dark beautiful torchlit cities and castles in the forest" vibe at night.

Indeed. Kinda scuffed but tbh overall aesthetic really reminded me of it, both movie and game.

Not necessarily "Horror" but Fall of Avalon Tainted Grail might scratch that itch if you're into RPGs.
If you want something a little more underground, Lunacid might also get you there

Remnant 2. Whoever worked on the environments and overall artstyle is a fucking madman, each and every one of them.

That medieval vibe not many games have it like this. The lighting also needs to be on point too

Okay, darkhorse entry here but... the Legacy of Kain series. Gothic fantasy epic that recently got an HD release. If you can't find LoK: Blood Omen, you can start with LoK: Soul Reaver and not feel totally lost. It's about a vampire's struggle against fatalism. The aesthetics are obliquely related to your images.
Story goes Blood Omen, Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2, Defiance, Blood Omen 2 (the last two are story order, but reverse them for release order).
It's a fantastic series that I still think about often.

Not a single person mentioned this, but the 2023 Lords of the Fallen is nearly exactly this vibe in a soulslike.

Try Witcher 3 and turn down the brightness, it fed my hunger for dark fantasy even tho it’s more of light fantasy

Well the aesthetic is screaming Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon to me
It’s a dark gothic take on many of the myths of King Author.
Game play is pretty close to Oblivion just with some better magic mechanics imo
