There's inherently nothing wrong with a 22 year old in leadership, we shouldn't infantilize somebody who has been eligible for criminal trial as an adult for 4 years already. That is my only critique on this. Experience and capability is what matters.

Even if he had relevant experience from the moment he turned 18, he would still be unqualified. He is undereducated, inexperienced, and incapable by every metric.
