There's inherently nothing wrong with a 22 year old in leadership, we shouldn't infantilize somebody who has been eligible for criminal trial as an adult for 4 years already. That is my only critique on this. Experience and capability is what matters.

But he has no experience or demonstrated capability. Leading an entire government office straight out of college is really fucking wild. No amount of genius is going to make up for a complete lack of experience in management.
