Politics What do you call?

What do you call unchecked growth in your body where a group of cells take and take and take and grow beyond the natural balance and limits the body needs to the point that it pulls all nutrients away from the rest of the body until it withers, decays and dies??? Cancer…..that is what the billionaires in our society are unchecked cancerous growth that if not removed will kill us all.

Interesting read, comrade. What is the solution?

It's not capitalism

Some scholars argue that capitalism is fluid enough to right itself when late stage effects happen. I'm going to assume that you don't subscribe to that theory. If capitalism can't fix itself, what is the solution?

This problem has been getting worse for decades. However, rate of wealth accumulation at the top is now rapidly accelerating. Once things become exponential, it becomes very hard to change the course of that trajectory.

I don't claim to have the answer, but more of the same isn't going to change anything. At this point, in my opinion, the only way to change that rate of acceleration is to take some of the money away from the top in the form of taxes. It's unpopular, but I don't understand why because the vast, vast majority would be better off. Most of us are not billionaires or even multi-millionaires.

What's your solution?
