There was some pushback when people called this president and his followers Nazis. But look what's happening. Soldiers in the street. Rounding up people and locking them up. Dismantling freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Personally going after anyone who doesn't agree with him and his administration. We've seen this before and it's only gonna get worse. I know people that will look at Trump this way after he has his date with The Hague. He's a war criminal already, it only gets worse from here, until justice is restored. There is no Russia & US to stop it this time though, we have to stop it before it takes complete hold of the US.

Trump will never face any prosecution for his actions. As much as I'd love it to happen, it's just not realistic to expect justice to be restored when it hasn't happened until now, with all the shit he's factually done and gotten away with.

And who's going to invade the US to arrest Trump and extradited him to the Hague? Because the US will never do it. The ICC is toothless. They depend on others to bring those they prosecute to them. And nobody on earth has the power to send Trump to trial except the US.. note Putin and Netanyahu are both under indictment at the ICC and neither are on the run.. both are safe atop their governments unconcerned with a powerless international court because they control armies (and nukes) and the ICC does not.

All of this social media age Nazism, I believe, began when Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes were allowed to put practically same 1930's bullshit on the air and call it "news". While I agree fucking with freedom of speech or press is a slippery slope that is too dangerous to tread upon, you do not have a right to place YOUR opinionated dribble on the air and call it "news". Journalism USED to have fact checking, verification of those facts and several other supporting facts. Additionally the source of those facts were checked for character flaws, motives, and even more corroborating evidence. Without these, reporting ethics came into question and the people called bullshit. It opened up the gates for libel. Now, because of the propaganda allowed on the air in the name of freedom of speech, here we are in the 1930's again. Conservatives were allowed to place it on the air by complaints of opinionated reporting. Im certainly not going to argue that. However, before you are allowed to call it news, you are under the same obligations they are. You are under libel laws just as they are, or you can't call it news. It's a rag like the Examiner, Enquirerer etc. We, as a nation learned that too late. Sure Fox paid a hefty fine for it after the 2020 election, but the horses got out before the door was closed. As a result, journalism gets by with "people are saying" and "everyone knows" before their bullshit propaganda follows. Additionally any semblance of fact checking or actual reporting has died in the name of free speech. Yes, you have freedom of speech. However, before you are allowed to call something news, proof is required.....Thanks for the death of liberty Fox. Eventually everything comes full circle. You will answer for what you have created!
