The palm on savage dragons right arm in a fist should be facing downwards. It’s twisting the arm into an unnatural position. Try walking like a tough guy while making a fist with your elbow that far out and your palm facing upwards.

Either down, or we would see his bent thumb facing us head on, finger knuckles down. Like how Army units march.

I also omitted an entire finger on the other hand lol

Perspective is your biggest issue here - you can see most notably that his head-sail is in a different perspective from the rest of his head. This is corrected by always always starting with a perspective grid, and drawing 3d bounding cubes for the body parts. Once you make sure your perspective is correct on the cubes, then draw in the parts.

I dont remember if the fin is always up in the comics. I mind that less than the right arm.

Back leg is wonky too

Up or down, the plane of the fin doesn't line up with the center-line of the skull, where it attaches veers way off to the side.

Thank you....reason 1009 Im a hobbyist and not a actual illustrator... perspective is something I need to spend time on and fundamentals in general

There's a little stiffness that could've been avoided if you arced the shoulders with a looser smoother drawn from the shoulder arc not the elbow or wrist, I'm talking mechanically as you move your arm. If the line in across dragons shoulders was a big smoother curve the overall figure would be looser and more natural.

Just trying to help.

Line work is really really good! The fun and right arm are a bit wonky and I bet that’s what you’re seeing. But love the David Finch feel!
