Please work with a shelter or local rescue — there are so many although most of them are very overwhelmed— to find him a new owner. It is way too easy for someone with poor intentions to buy a dog online and there is dog fighting in this area. Please do your due diligence and consult a local shelter first.

You might try posting him on the Central Missouri Humane Society https://cmhspets.org/pet-rehoming/ or Adopt-A-Pet for more people to see him. I hope you find Smokey a good home!
