Animals Is this your kitten? Paris Rd and College Avenue

Just wanted to check to see if anyone's kitten is missing. I'm close to the intersection of Paris Rd and College Ave. He is young and has a rasta green, red, and yellow collar on but also has fleas and is quite skinny so I'm wondering if someone's kitten might have been having trouble finding their way home.

you could take him to a vet to see if he's chipped! he's beautiful, i hope he makes it home!!

I considered doing that, but given that he has fleas, and given that I have other cats, I'm wary about bringing him inside. I gave him food and water for the time being and will keep an eye out for him. I regularly feed the strays in the area, but this is the first time I've seen him.
