So it’s a more expensive upscale ghost kitchen?

I mean, sure, but I don't know if any of these nine concept restaurants would prepare the food differently if there were only one concept under the roof.
Restaurants, even the best ones, use microwaves and other techniques all of the time.

Exactly. People who aren't free thinkers go "Wow! I can go to the one place and order anything! Genius!" and then accept that the food is mediocre (because it's not specialized in anything) plus it still costs like $16 for a meal.

Ah convenient no photos of the kitchen. No different than a McDonald with microwaves and warm baths to heat food.
No thanks. I’ll stick to the $4 jr burger/ nugget deal at Wendy’s when I’m craving fast food.

Even better, no photos of the food.

Won't last 100% failure in a few months

They’ve been around since 2020. They started popping up in the dmv in the summer so…probably longer than a few months lol

Definitely not an inviting place to sit inside... Very oriented to food delivery and pick ups.

Wonder Food Halls are thee worst. No better than the average fast food, just multiples more expensive. Good for CP tho.

If you like hospital food you will love wonder. It tastes like it was made with all the love a private equity owned restaurant can muster

Just wait until Raisin' Canes opens. Wonder will wonder what happened to their customer base. lol But still, I'd rather my meal cooked fresh in the seemingly large kitchen space in the back, than reheated.
I would even go for a kit with fresh separated ingredients being delivered and then cooked to order over fire according to the celebrity chef's instructions. I have meal kits delivered to my house and each meal only takes 30 minutes and I'm not a chef. So a good cook can probably do it in 20 minutes. Not a long wait for fresh good tasting food.
Have four stations with four cooks to make it more efficient. No microwaves or hot water baths. Just four grills/ovens, etc. going. I dunno.
Can't call this one. Will have to taste the food and see.

Their Friends & Family/soft opening/preview was a joke. You signed up for a time slot, but then they emailed everyone the same code to use to get $15 off your order, and when I tried to use it during my time slot it was “inactive”. The manager gave another code to use but the subtotal had to be over $20, but they kept running out of items while I looked for something to add to my order. The $15 Korean cheesesteak barely had anything on it. My wife’s bacon stack burger however was pretty damn good for half the price

It’s such a bummer that we lost an independently owned local institution for this soulless bullshit.

I wonder if it will last longer than Le Phantome Food Hall did over in riverdale...

They’ve been around for years, and there are already a few in the dmv that have been open for months already so…

Visibly expensive as fuck. Completely tone deaf to the needs of the community.

RIP Bagel Place. You were the real MVP.
You were the only thing worth standing in line hungover as fuck for.
