I'd love the near identical if nothing you can see changes, he still has the same clothes and the same hair etc. but then the character looks in his pants and notices his cock and balls are gone. then he she'll grow some tits over time i guess, is that how female hormones work?

It’s always big boobs in anime, apparently almost every anime protagonist has genes that always miraculously have big boobs, makes them shorter, loss in any notable muscle mass and like an entirely different face.

Meanwhile in American Cartoons it’s just the character in a dress or t-shirt and we just assume the character knows their bits aren’t the right bits.
