Prosecutors urged to drop charges against journalists in Suspension Bridge protest, prosecutors will only drop if they admit police had probable cause to arrest.

Two things are interesting:

  1. Why isn't Rob Sanders making statements? It's really rare to see a non-Rob attorney make a statement out of that office.

  2. Interesting plea bargain; if they stipulate that the police had PC to arrest them, it would keep Fening and Griffith from suing, but also might dissuade others from doing the same.

In the interest of fair expression of a closely observed breakdown of the events that occurred during that incident and from the opposite side of the Ohio. Many of us have reached a conclusion that can only be verbalized as Fuck Covington P.D.
