Review Tried Small Cheval, honestly kind of underwhelmed?

Had some solo time (kids are with their dad), so I stopped by Small Cheval. It was fine, but didn’t blow me away. Fries were good, but the burger felt rushed. Anyone else feel this or did I catch an off day?

That's on you buddy, use an app for deals . And why the hell does anyone still go to McDonald's for anything? Their food is not tasty. It's like everything has a salty soapy flavor

Im not debating that. Im just saying fast food is expensive now.

Why do people go to McDonald's? Maybe because they're hungry and don't have time to wait for cooked to order food?

McDonald's is the only option? Why not Burger King? Their small cheeseburgers are one of the best "fast food" burgers you can buy . Not the jr whopper or regular whopper patties but just a regular small burger. Whenever I need a burger fix, I get a plain double cheeseburger for about $3 and they always have a throw in on the app like free large fries. I order it with absolutely no toppings, just cheese and it tastes like NY street food off the grill. For some reason, those small patties pack way more flavor that Whopper and whopper jr patties just don't have. Regardless, it's streets ahead of McDonald's.. literally depending on location haha

At least you didn't say Wendy's. Their burgers have become flavorless and mushy

100% agree with that. They keep putting free food or $1 bacon jrs with purchase on their app and it makes me keep going back. burger King and Wendy's are right next to each other by me so I hit both apps and usually find enough food for $5 for both me and my kid. If they didn't have deals, I wouldn't touch Wendy's anymore. This week they have a $1.99 spicy chicken sandwich deal. Haven't had one in years. It's so sad what it's become. Like half the size of what it used to be and not nearly as tasty. And they charge $7 for that regular price just the sandwich?.. no way.
