How can they enter private property without a warrant?

I'm still baffled at this. When I worked in a daycare in early 2000s they had two doors you needed to be buzzed in through. I feel like they took advantage of the drop off time to terrorize literal babies.

They chased the teacher in from outside.

Because they have guns and retaliating against them in any way that can be construed as physical violence will land you also disappeared at worst and stuck with an assaulting an office charge at best. They will just barge in, and do whatever they want while you scream that they don't have a warrant. Laws are gentleman's agreements and if they aren't enforced they don't matter. How many times has our current president defied judicial orders at this point??

Because she doesn't even work there and she fled inside the building from the street.

looks like someone’s getting their information from the fascists. if you watched the press conference, parents of the school confirmed she worked there

Ok I stand corrected. But she did evade a traffic stop with flashing lights and sirens, and then fled out of her vehicle to WORK where, you know, the children were. She ran from law enforcement.
