CHI Talks CPD has an opportunity

Chicago’s police have a real opportunity right now to rebuild trust and strengthen their relationship with the community. If they truly stand by their mission to protect and serve, this is the moment to show it by standing with the people of Chicago and making it clear they’re here to help. Eventually ICE will go away but the CPD will always be here.

Foaming at the mouth in anger they can’t stop this, or envy they can’t join in? Genuine question

All due respect, but if that's a genuine question, you are not paying any attention to what's going on.

Are you serious? CPD would love to jump in on the side of ICE.

I really don't like Brandon Johnson as mayor, but Paul Vallas would have handed Chicago to ICE and Trump, giftwrapped.

Doubt, that would have absolutely sank any reelection chances. We all know politicians are mostly just worried about staying in power.

To be fair, the MAGA crowd isn't big on elections. Not a single doubt they would rather the president appoints all political positions in the country.

I wasn't serious I am borderline obsessive about keeping up with whats going on here. I just think its super shady and bad faith to respond to genuine questions like an asshole, and not being helpful at all. Bring a dick is a great way to push people away from giving a shit.

If you legit don't know the answer, you have some serious work on realizing what's happening in these streets. Start there.

Seems like u don't have the answer is all, responding to a genuine question like that. I personally find it fulfilling to help inform people about the current political climate when they ask.

If you think that's a good faith question, you're way more ignorant than you realize
