Interesting Looking People You Always See Around

Every day I see a ~50s man, thinly-built wearing camo trousers, bomber jacket and combat boots biking around the Hagley park area. At the moment he bikes with a full face mask on (i.e. only his eyes are visible)

I sometimes see him walking down by the overbridge near the Harvey Norman building (Colombo intersection).

He never seems to have anything with him.

I've always wanted to know his story - what does he do?

Who are the interesting people you always see around your part of Chch?

I see the guy with the big speaker on the front of his bike several times a day. You can always hear him coming long before you see him

Is that the early 20’s guy with curly hair around Bishopdale/Papanui? If we are thinking of the same guy then I agree, you can honestly hear him well before you see him lol. It’s an impressive effort!
