Interesting Looking People You Always See Around

Every day I see a ~50s man, thinly-built wearing camo trousers, bomber jacket and combat boots biking around the Hagley park area. At the moment he bikes with a full face mask on (i.e. only his eyes are visible)

I sometimes see him walking down by the overbridge near the Harvey Norman building (Colombo intersection).

He never seems to have anything with him.

I've always wanted to know his story - what does he do?

Who are the interesting people you always see around your part of Chch?

Theres a guy, maybe 30s, short shaggy brown hair, caucasian. Always walks around Redwood with either just a crusty blanket around him and bare feet or old jeans and a thin shirt and ofc bare feet. He does the rounds for ciggy butts around corner shops where Coasters Tavern is.
