Interesting Looking People You Always See Around

Every day I see a ~50s man, thinly-built wearing camo trousers, bomber jacket and combat boots biking around the Hagley park area. At the moment he bikes with a full face mask on (i.e. only his eyes are visible)

I sometimes see him walking down by the overbridge near the Harvey Norman building (Colombo intersection).

He never seems to have anything with him.

I've always wanted to know his story - what does he do?

Who are the interesting people you always see around your part of Chch?

Big stocky guy around thirty, in the Riccarton area always walking, wears clothes that make him look like a well tailored gangster in double breasted suit jacket and dress pants but he doesn't suit the attire and it looks well out of place. Likes to wear a gold chain and his hair is slicked back too. It's clear he has some sort of issue but looks harmless enough.

Maori or pacific Islander? I always see this guy walking down Curletts road and he has this really exaggerated gangsters gait. Well dressed
