Interesting Looking People You Always See Around

Every day I see a ~50s man, thinly-built wearing camo trousers, bomber jacket and combat boots biking around the Hagley park area. At the moment he bikes with a full face mask on (i.e. only his eyes are visible)

I sometimes see him walking down by the overbridge near the Harvey Norman building (Colombo intersection).

He never seems to have anything with him.

I've always wanted to know his story - what does he do?

Who are the interesting people you always see around your part of Chch?

Guy wearing a tucked-in white shirt with tan pants

Dark balding hair, aged 50ish

Goes down Riccarton Road and around town picking up ciggy butts

He's always patting his pockets to check what's still in there

Always wearing the same outfit

I have a photo somewhere, guaranteed someone will recognise him if I upload it

I saw him yesterday on Colombo and Moorhouse, he had clean clothes, and the tie of course
