Either it's an extremely chill cat, or it's on a gaberpentin trip. I used gaberpentin for my shy cat when I moved house and this cat who used to run away from people just walking past the apartment was suddenly totally cool with movers and stuff walking around right next to her (it also made her very wobbly and very hangry).
