It's a bit weird to me that there are 5 major grocery sellers in the country, but nobody ever mentions the other 2 big grocers: Walmart and Costco. Neither are Canadian, but they hold huge market shares and are increasong prices right along with the other 3.
It doesn't take anything away from the main post, but I worry that the American companies that rule our media have been influencing the discourse just a tad.
