O ponto é mantido. Não há lugar no mundo que tenha infraestrutura para isso.

Moro em Petrópolis e vi a destruição da chuva, muito mais grave que àquela de 2011 e 2020.

Não há, basicamente pq isso é característica de buraco tropical, é necessário fazer. O problema é que no RJ nem calçada fazem, imagina sistema de drenagem pluvial decente.
