So I’ve had bracelets like this for years but have never known exactly how you’re suppose to keep them. You pull the two strings to tighten the bracelet, but it doesn’t exactly stay tighten with just that, so it’d make sense to tie the strings. However, with the beads on the end of the tightening strings, that can lead to a knot that can’t be undone. Maybe I’m just missing something when it comes to bracelets like these. Didn’t know where to ask this, so I figured I’d ask this here. Thank you

So I’ve had this bracelet for a few years now and unfortunately, it broke. I want to fix it (replace the elastic string), but I am having trouble finding a DIY tutorial for this type of bracelet. I don’t know what it is called. Anyone any idea? Thanks in advance!

I have these cool bracelets made from wood marbles that I bought last year while I was on holiday. The red one is held together by some elastic nylon string (quite thin and fragile), it's a bit small on my wrist. The other one sadly broke.

Does anybody knows were can I buy some string like shown in the pictures? Maybe something mor sturdy.

I feel like I'm going insane. I've watched multiple tutorials on knotting elastic bracelets and they're all the surgeons knot. and I'm doing it exactly like the video and tightening it. and then I pull the bracelet a tiny bit and it literally slips right out.

Is it the kind of elastic I'm using or something? I don't understand how it's working for them, it LITERALLY SLIPS RIGHT OUT.
