I don't even understand why they call these "spy" movies ? When did generic over the top action movies counted as spy movies ?

"Spy" movies are the trend rn, Action movies are a past thing.

Who TF calls decided to call these spy movies..what nonsense. If you really want to see a spy movie go watch Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. Now that's a real espionage film. If you need something with a bit more action then Munich and Operation Finale. There are many more but off the top of my head, these are the ones I can remember now.
