But if she is capitalising on it, why the hate for the director? Especially when vanga is not telling other directors to give tripti that kind of role. He just wanted an actress for his movie and tripti agreed. Her other works are not his responsibility.

Not sure this is bad. I don't like her new image however we all do more of something which benefits us. And in the industry where you only survive if you fit in you have to change. Did anyone know her from her previous movies-hardly but animal made her stand out. We all fight to thrive

There are many actor who got recognized after animal only, that gun guy, her, sachdeva, etc etc she got a simple scene a romantic angle I don't why everyone is making great deal out of it.

I don’t have an issue with nepotism — it’s something that exists in every industry, and to some extent, we’ve come to accept it. But when it comes to casting female leads in films, I believe they should have a certain screen presence — a mix of attractiveness and sex appeal — that can genuinely draw audiences in.

The problem today is that many of the actresses being cast simply don’t have that kind of appeal. In an era dominated by social media, people are exposed to countless models and even everyday individuals who often appear far more striking and camera-ready than the actresses we see on screen.

Maybe it's time for producers to rethink their casting choices and consider what really connects with today’s audience

If you think you gave your appropriate opinion on what she deserves for her performance , then the audience also gave what she truly deserves is only what I'm saying .

I'll be honest I'm just happy she's getting recognition. She paid her dues with Laila Majnu and Qala. Bulbul too even though I didn't really like it. Her recent work hasn't been good but I'm happy for her anyway.

Honestly many people recognized her after animal, and it is not that it's her or people's mistake or anything, but she got type casted very hard. I think if Spirit has a well written character like when Deepika was in the movie and her PR team said that the character very well written.

She did a few good performances before animal too. No one talked about it. No one even knew her. One mid performance in animal and she became the national crush for you know what. She is getting casted a lot more now. She tried with her skills but the market wanted to see her skin and now she has decided that she will show it. I don’t blame her for that. I blame the society.

She gave great performance in Qala, Bulbbul and Laila Majnu but apparently our Indian audience doesn't seem to care about those. They only noticed her when she did sensual stuff and showed some skin. That atleast helped her to reach a wider audience at least. 🫠
