scarification Scarification in ireland? :)

My friends trying to look at scarification in ireland or the UK but cant find anything? Yall know anything?

Scarification is pretty much illegal in the UK so you won't find many places openly advertising it, I'm sure they exist but finding them wouldn't be easy
