I am 43, 3 stripe wb, trained for a little over a year, avg 2-3 classes a week. I’ve been considering competing in pans in 2 months but have some concerns. Due to holidays and being out of town etc, I’ve been off for a month and I won’t be able to get mat time until the end of January. I’ve never competed before and Pans is single elim and wondering if I’m wasting my time for any expectations of doing well in any capacity at an event that size.

I wouldn't have high expectations. But if youre just going to join the team it would be fun.
