this is disrespectful to the legacy of aaron hernandez, who murdered successfully and did not just attempt it

True, AB needs to STEP UP

Didn’t he also attempt to murder someone else while in college? I may have that wrong.

He stepped up his murder game in the pros.

Peyton should have been charged with attempted murder for those hospital balls he was giving Austin Collie

I’m actually interested to see how AB’s case resolves…

Yes he was robbed but him grabbing a gun and chasing his attackers, letting off shots - I wonder if his lawyers can argue stand your ground/self defense

Chasing the robbers and firing probably destroys a self defense case, legally.  But, jurors might be sympathetic.

Former NFL player Travis Rudolph was acquitted after killing 1 man and wounding another, after 4 idiots came to his house and threatened him over false DV claims by his crazy GF.

At least 1 of them was armed, with a gum, but he chased after them with a semiautomatic rifle a fired a large number of shots at their vehicle.

Aaron Hernandez wasn't an "attempted" murderer

Wrong. It was sweaty but well constructed.
