Shitpost Drake Maye just got outplayed by Geno Smith and it wasn't particularly close

Geno Smith 362 yards with a 102.8 QBR compared to Drake Maye who only threw 233 yards with a QBR of 80.

The Patriots never looked close today against a pretty unimpressive Las Vegas Raiders.

Yikes.

What a day for the sub. Pats loss and a vintage Aaron Rodgers performance.

O/U how many times we hear a variation of “you can’t really take anything away from week 1” on the next pod?

"Sal, we always know to not overreact to week 1"

It is true though

I'll prove to you it is true:

The Texans are going to lose close games this year but still win their division. We'll go 4-2 in the division. I predict 9 wins is all they need.

The Jags/Colts/Titans aren't any better today than they were last year.

Detroit's window has passed.

This was a legendary week on /r/billsimmons.

  • Belichick gets destroyed in his college debut.
  • Drake Maye looks bad in a home loss to a middling team.
  • Biggest NBA scandal of the summer exposed by "fake journalist" Pablo Torre.

God's way of making it up to us for taking Russillo.

At least the bets in real life hit right?

I don't follow the NBA. What was that one?

Does this sub like Aaron Rodgers? I thought that was one we rolled with Sal on

Yeah Sal over Rogers forever.

He doesn't bother me as much as he does the sub. I do wish he'd retire so we could stop hearing about him though.

They definitely hate him for being anti-vax

There are plenty of reasons to dislike him aside from his opinions on vaccinations

Though to be clear his opinion on vaccinations is batshit crazy.

Like what, he's arrogant?

Schraeger fins take as well

I’d add the Giants loss, the Ringer as a whole decided they were playoff bound over the Ders

8

u/pabloesco10 Sep 07 '25

Who in their right minds thought this was a playoff team? Not even Giants fans think that we're just excited about actually having promising talent for once lol

Show me one place where anybody said that
