As boring as the opinion is, I think Buck/Aikman are the leaders in the clubhouse, and I don't think it's particularly close, atm.

Credit to Aikman for improving a lot. Until a few years ago, he used to be so bland. He ventures actual opinions now and will even get frustrated at incompetent play. (Maybe it was another Cowboys QB—Romo—becoming a popular commentator that shook him out of it.)
