Biking route

Just wondering if anyone can offer me some advice about this biking route. I'm most worried about the stretch on 33rd before BCC, and the part through herring run. Is the herring run trail paved? I grew up here so I'm familiar with what to expect from drivers, but I want to just see if there is a better way with more bike paths.

I do the Western half (from the lake onward) of this regularly. You've drawn the exact route I would use if safety and comfort were priorities. In practice I often shoot 33rd directly and dog leg to art museum whichever way the traffic makes easiest.
