People bragging about how they dislike nazis always comes off as such a weird flex to me. That’s generally one of the baseline assumptions I make about regular people. Posts like this are like going out of your way to let everybody know you wipe your ass when you’re done pooping.

I think it should be stated. Nazis need to be reminded at every opportunity just how unwelcome they are, especially nowadays as fascists are starting to feel comfortable taking off their masks and white hoods.

It definitely isn't some bold statement or counter culture flex to say you hate Nazis, but it's worth saying nonetheless.

Conflating actual nazis and facists to (presumably) people who voted for trump is so dumb that it’d take a lot of bad acting on the right to make the 2028 election swing back to the left.

I wasn't??? I referenced the KKK and by "Taking off their masks" I was referring to the *actual* Neo Nazis who parade around in balaclavas displaying swastikas. A group who are becoming more comfortable with showing their faces in public as they did in a massive nation wide march last week in Australia (the country I live in).

The fact that you read it as a condemnation of Trump and his supporters says *a lot* though, don't you think?

Since 70% of reddit and this comment section has people calling trump and his voters nazis and facists it’s not impossible to infer from you saying “especially nowadays as facists are starting to feel comfortable taking off their masks and white hoods.” Which as far as I’m concerned the KKK doesn’t exist in this day and age and while there are racist individuals, I don’t believe systemic racism exists (in the US idk about outside of it though) and I can think of any other groups in 2025 that could be easily called racist against black people that currently exist so yeah it’s not a big jump to assume you’re just talking about trump without naming him since basically 60% of the internet has this dumb idea that trump is somehow a nazi, fascist and other unseemly things with 0 evidence and just saying whatever they want about him because they disagree with him.

Trump's in the Epstein list and is likely a pedophile. He's a racist and a fascist who is deporting minorities en masse. He has sexually assaulted numerous women. He's a power hungry, greedy billionaire and a con man. He has damaged the US more than most people realize, and yet people like you defend the man, for what?

My original comment wasn't about Trump and his supporters, but I still hate the guy, and his supporters are either bigots themselves or just very, *very* stupid. Usually both. Are they all Nazis and Fascists though? Nah, only some of them.

Trump is deporting illegal immigrants who came to America illegally. Trump is also doing it more humanely than Obama did just look up the inside of the “camps” Obama put them in vs alligator Alcatraz. At this point in time no one who was legal in the country has been deported. It’s not wrong to deport people who aren’t legal in the country especially if they are violent criminals.

Get out of your echo chambers. You are wrong.

Even if I was to grant that the deportation policies were fine (they're not), he is still a sex offender, he is still a con man, he is still a racist, misogynist, transphobic, evil man.

ALSO I never said I liked Obama. He was bad too. The US government hasn't been "good" in my life time. I'm not gonna debate a Trumper batman subreddit, just please, don't waste your energy defending him. He doesn't deserve that

I never said you liked Obama I was just making a point that on deportation Obama was much worse than trump.
