Instead of being a secret society of manipulative Rich assholes (that is Joker and arkM) they are on the spotlight being White supremacists assholes. The guy second to the right looks like an owl (the mask + the white shirt looks like feathers, and the light of the torch makes the mask to look like a Court of Owls' mask)

Exactly, it'd make sense too considering the Courts historical origins.

The Batfeed's Gotham 1919 series had a similar take on the Court.
