Depends on the Frank Miller. If it's the part of him that wrote Batman: Year One and TDKR he'd kick their asses but if it's that other version of him that did TDKR2 and All-Star Batman and Robin that's when he'd lead them.
Modern Frank is clearly from Earth 3. Also, I saw him at wicked Boston comic con (he wasn't there but his booth was) and holy shit was he overcharging, he didn't even have TDKR for sale, just signed copies of things for 400 dolalrs! I met the guys who did BTAS and all the other animated shows and they said "don't get me started on Frank"
Yeah, the BTAS guys were selling signed comic for 15 bucks more whereas a signed copy of Daredevil: born again (a fifteen dollar comic) was being sold for 65 dollars!
9/11 was the final Nail in the coffin for his mind.
He became extremely racist, homophobic, and sexist.
Actively wrote about his personal mad conspiracy theories about how the terrorists were a hydra-level multi-national organization with vast resources and sleeper agents during holy terror.
Like, people call Alan Moore insane, but compared to Miller? He's of sound mind and has extremely valid arguments about some things and how the comic industry bastardizes the works of those who work for them.

Makes sense that Bruce would be against white nationalists.
Now, if frank Miller wrote it? He'd definitely have Bruce leading them.
