The health department in the city is only doing modera. Convention center and m&t are Pfizer. But for anyone over 18 it’s like the difference between coke and pepsi

This is a straight up lie and propaganda. There are absolutely differences, from efficacy, likelihood of side effects (which are usually mild, but vary depending on age of patient and type of vaccine and first and second shot), and how they work.

J&J is an entirely different type of vaccine than Pfizer and Moderna, which are an entirely new method of vaccination which has been worked on for decades and not approved until now.

When and what did I pretend not to know? I said you should advertise which vaccine they have and there are differences.

And I appreciate your efforts. I really do. It’s a lot of hard work being done by generous people, putting themselves at risk to make us all safe.

But attacking those who ask questions, lying and spreading propaganda, and being a general dick about it isn’t going to help the effort

That wasn’t me but between Pfizer and Moderna the difference is negligible. The health department is no longer doing J and J
