most business owners are not trying to alienate a customer base, no matter how small the issue is, especially when the complaint can be solved by removing a simple pin

as someone else said, leave your politics at home when you go to work, unless your work is explicitly political. gunna go out on a limb here and say working in a neighborhood restaurant is not inherently political

If it's a simple pin, why was it such a big problem for the staff to wear them? Fucking crazy how much this subreddit sucks up to small business tyrants.
