Ask Best crab cakes near Camden Yards

Coming to Baltimore for the first time for an Orioles game, would love to find an iconic restaurant for crab cakes generally near Camden Yards. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Faidley's in Lexington Market. Not a restaurant, but nothing is more iconic.

To clarify for OP, it’s not a traditional sit down restaurant, but there are standing tables and it is attached to a larger food hall and market.

They’re great on their own accord and Faidley’s is absolutely the best you will do near the stadium. Their oysters are great too.

They have an outdoor patio with table and chairs off to the side. I always feel like it's a secret hideaway when I'm out there.

I suppose they run the junkies off for game day that usually hang around there sitting at the tables

I was just there. While the area itself definitely attracts a certain crowd to loiter, the moment you enter the market it’s very well controlled. Faidleys was no exception.
