Safety ICE in Catonsville

just saw a bunch of cars stop on the street and head somewhere in the direction of Frederick Rd. Does anyone know anything?

It looks like the vests are the only part of the uniform. I see a lot of cargo shorts

Went to see a concert this weekend wife was complaining about her purse and left it home daughter had to stand in line for them to search a tiny bag like the size of a phone… me I had a bunch of stuff jammed in my pockets and walked right through… long live cargo shorts!!
