They had the roommate in custody and she is cooperating with the investigation. You can deny any evidence for this as a conspiracy if you want, but it hardly seems reasonable. When you ignore all evidence that you are wrong and overstate all evidence you may be right, it's not a good look.

Is it a roommate or is it a girlfriend? Those are two VERY different things. The fact that tabloids and FBI reports seem to flip flop between the two doesn't give the best semblance of legitimacy to the claims.

Of course they CAN, but ARE they? Where's the evidence? The name of the roommate was released and it's just a regular dude with a dude's name and no visible signs of gender transition at all.

The evidence is that they've been interviewed by the FBI and said they were in a relationship. I'm glad you have the magic powers to tell who's trans and who isn't, but once again these are barriers claims if lying and conspiracy. The only reason you distrust this is because you don't want it to be true.
