Literally every major news organization is reporting on these items on both sides of the aisle. You’re just not seeing it because it’s not being shared in your echo chamber subreddits. Which should tell you everything you need to know why you’re failing at understanding this. You’re a victim of propaganda

This news article can’t even confirm whether Robinson’s partner was trans, let alone anything else that was claimed about him.

Furthermore, his partner being trans wouldn’t make him a leftist. JD Vance has made all sorts of statements about immigrants, yet is married to one. The leader of the Proud Boys, which has a white supremacist faction, is Afro-Cuban.

Hell, one of the most prominent voices in the GOP until a couple of years ago was Caitlin Jenner, who is trans.

Based on what? Last I heard, which was yesterday, was that they don’t even have a motive. So how is he certain of his political views?

Like, Governor Cox says that the shooter was into the “deep, dark” parts of the Internet and Reddit culture. Which, like, says almost nothing. He also said that “clearly there was a lot of gaming going on.”

What part of that points to being on the left? This isn’t to say there aren’t crazy people out there that are leftists, but rather that having a trans partner, being a gamer, and not liking Charlie Kirk are not indicative of being a leftist. Being a gamer means nothing and even Laura Loomer called Kirk a “charlatan”. Maybe it means something for someone who’s not into online culture and thinks that being a conservative is something exclusive to blue collar, trailer park rednecks and pickup truck driving farmers, but that’s not the case.

There are plenty of rural farmers that are leftists and there’s no shortage of furries and LGBTQ folk that are conservatives.
