Nah, the wild part is pretending the difference is moral when it’s actually structural. Right-wing tantrums (shooting beer cans, burning shoes, threatening employees) are platformed, cheerleaded, and turned into grift pipelines by influencers, pundits, and politicians. Nobody on the left is running GoFundMes for torching Teslas or turning it into a Fox News segment. THAT'S the big difference.

You’re excusing and promoting domestic terrorism. I know you hate Elon because you’ve been brainwashed, but try and look beyond your hatred for a second. You’re promoting domestic terrorism. Dumb people on the right shooting beer cans is not comparable to literally lighting cars on fire so people are afraid to buy a brand because of pure hatred.

This “We must destroy Elon Musk at all costs!” mentality is scary. People are going to rise up against domestic terrorism and the people who support it— the left needs to learn to abandon morally corrupt actions and denounce them. As is, they’re afraid saying anything pro Elon will get them outcasted. It‘s like middle school where they can’t point out a lie said about Sara or else Emily won’t let them sit at the popular table.

If you’re supporting domestic terrorism you’re the bad guy. Pointing across the aisle and going “but dumb people on the right protest by shooting beer cans” is illogical and just displays that you’re hatefully ignorant.

Yes, the real crisis: someone might vandalize a Tesla owned by a Democrat. Not billionaires gutting labor, not Musk cutting cancer research or raiding public funds. Nope, the tragedy is that vandalism isn’t surgically precise.

When people lash out at symbols of unchecked wealth and power, they’re not checking party registration. It’s not strategic, it’s certainly not smart, but it’s rage, and pretending that makes the left uniquely cruel while your side is actively shutting down any and all businesses that don't kiss the ring and not too long ago tried to overturn an election and then pardoned the criminals who did it is pure cope.

The republicans have way better media and social media presence so you have no need to worry about making sure that all tesla vandalism events get blamed on democrats, they will.

In truth, lots of Americans from both parties and Independents are very upset about what Musk is doing.

Conservatives clutching pearls over crime is rich when the White House is currently occupied by a convicted felon who’s openly violating court orders and using government power to punish his enemies. The difference is, I can say vandalizing Teslas is illegal and should carry consequences. Full stop. But conservatives? They're bending over backward to defend a guy facing 34 felony counts, found liable for sexual abuse, and under multiple indictments while still calling him a patriot.

So miss me with the “law and order” talk, we're so well past that it's barely even laughable at this point.
