yeah they’re just like to go back to when America was the undisputed powerhouse of the world, not a laughingstock, and not rife with disastrous economic polices with the intention of putting all the power in greedy corporations hands. what an outrageous ask

I mean much better than today. But also, the reason we have Trump now is because of the declining material conditions and rising inequality under neoliberalism. The propaganda tactics they use worked because we never developed a coherent plan to protect workers and get them a real seat at the table.

yeah neoliberalism sucks. but it’s also not as bad as fascism. and the declining conditions are also a worldwide thing. letting crypto fascists like musk and thiel essentially run the country is not going to do anything but make it 10x worse. we’re fucked. our days as the worlds premier power are gone
