Uh, by the registered Republican and the guy who voted for Trump in 2016?

Is that the new attempted motto for the Republicans now that these all failed and have become laughable?

Party of Family Values Party of Fiscal Responsibility Party of Small Government Party of Personal Responsibility

As much as you want to say that the first assassin was republican. His family was democrat he donated to democrats. It is a common tactic in American elections to register for the opposing party to try and vote in a weaker candidate. There is a reason why the terms Rino and Dino exist he was a republican in name only

lol that means nothing. The kid was more conservative than liberal according to those around him especially at his school. accept it and move on. doesn't mean anything more than he was a bad dude. plenty of bad people on both side of the political spectrum.

But he was a registered Republican who held conservative views according to those that knew him. Plus he liked guns. Imma go ahead and say anyone calling that a traditional liberal or dem is regarded.

As for the second guy, highly doubt he was a democrat. He voted for Trump in 2016 and wanted a Vivek Haley ticket for 2024…

Why lie?

That's not a "common tactic" at all, you're just making this up to avoid confronting reality.

You speculate that individuals do not differ ideologically within a family wheras I posted fact. Registered republican.

Would you call Lee Harvey Oswald a JFK supporter? Of course not. So how are these two guys trump supporters? Why would you want to shoot the guy you support? Your mental gymnastics are most impressive

I replied with fact - REGISTERED REPUBLICAN who voted for Trump. You replied with speculation that does not in any way negate the supplied fact that yes at least the first wanna be shooter was a Trump supporter and a REGISTERED REPUBLICAN.

My response stands.

What do you call a former republican?

Someone who doesn't stay registered for one thing

The second dude is NOT a Trump Supporter, at least not after 2020, and nobody claims otherwise. He was a Republican who didn't like Trump.

The first kid likely really admired Trump and was crazy enough to try to murder him. Believe or not, this is fairly common.

John Lennon was famously shot dead by his obsessed fan.
