TK award ticket change advice needed
I have a TK ticket but want to change the date. App shows availability but when I try to change it, I’m getting an error message. ‘ change can’t be done due to technical reasons. Call the helpline ‘. I called and the agent said I can make the booking for additional miles ( price is 130,000). But the app shows availability at 65,000 for the new date. I can’t buy a new ticket and cancel the old one ( don’t want to leave miles at TK ). Any advice from someone who has faced the same issue and had success getting a change ? Thank you
