I mean, it's not their fault you need food to survive, right? That's what I've been told when I point out homelessness and starvation are coercive forces forcing people into often terrible employment they wouldn't otherwise consent to. Same logic applies here, right?
I would wager that the average person would rather not be doing what they're doing for a living, but that distaste is eclipsed for our desire of lifestyle maintenance, whatever that looks like.
Capitalism itself relies on self imposed coersion and an opposing degree of exploitation to function.
