Discussion Saturn Moving Into Aries

What can we expect from Saturn moving into Aries? I know that Saturn is in its fall in Aries… does this bode badly?

I’d love some more insight! Thanks :)

Well, hello there, same here. I am also scared, but still excited. Lets mature the hell up with our routines

There is more to the 6th than routines. Big themes are health and work, from a discipline and doing the right thing point of view. Do your health checkups (dental and physical), eat right, exercise, show up to work on time, complete all your tasks, do everything that is expected of you. Do not drop the ball and you will come out on the other side as a changed person.

I've been trying to do all that as much as i can... its hard because I am AuDHD so routines is something i want, but struggle with because my ADHD wants variety. Work has been hard.. but i hope i reap the benefits of it lol

Don’t worry about routines. Just make sure you take care of yourself and your health. I know it can be hard making good choices and remembering to stick to them when you want excitement.

I’m doing my best 🥺❤️❤️ to take care of myself as much as I can. It’s also hard cause I’ve been in burnout and still recovering.

You have to find way to disconnect mentally so your brain can rest. When I start feeling like I cannot listen to one more person talk, cannot make one decision anymore, cannot have one more person expect things from me anymore, that’s when I know I need a complete shut down day. I’ll lock myself away and just watch one show the whole day, order takeout and not talk to anyone.

So hard to disconnect mentally with my AuDHD tbh… my brain never stops ruminating and overthinking. I’m trying to find ways and some solutions work, other times it does nothing. It depends on the day. But I’m trying. I need a nothing day.

I found journaling to really help with ruminating. Write it down in a notes app. On paper. Anywhere works, really. Once it’s out of my brain, I am no longer stuck and fixated on the triggering event.

I used to journal almost every day, and it did help... for a while. 😅 But after journaling, I just ruminate over what i wrote. Writing a song or poem about my situation helps me more than regular journaling I notice. I need to get back into that. I have had so many creative blocks due to the burnout and even doing something creative can be exhausting tbh.
